Based on forms found in nature, this is the final form of an 8-form vase series I created between 2015–2019 at Greenwich House Pottery in New York.
This moody, prickly vase is functional but function follows form in this case. Handle with care.
Made of Greenwich House Pottery's T-1 sculpture clay body and fired to Cone 10. Hand carved with slip trailing.
